Yes. I have sold on Ebay since the late 1990s and have a 100% feedback score. I had an Etsy store many years ago, but was trying to juggle too many things so I closed it. I also sold on Bonanza for a bit, but the traffic just wasn't there. I'm currently on GoImagine.com/colorbranch.
I use non-toxic wax to melt, pour, and mold the crayons.
I like to use a variety of bases such as glycerin, goat milk, oatmeal, honey, etc. As someone who is sensitive to many commercial soaps, I understand the sensitivity level in a pure soap base versus a detergent base cleanser. That is not to say all commercial soaps are bad, but many of them aren't true soaps, but rather detergents, which can be irritating to the skin for many.
I only use clean fragrances that contain no pthalates or other harmful chemicals. I'm very particular with the IFRA and safety data sheets on each fragrance. Again, I'm exposed to the chemicals in making the products as much as the customers using them, so I'm very cautious. The same goes for any essential oils used. Although they are plant based, they must be used with caution in certain amounts. On that note, I only use the amount necessary to give a good scent whether that be with a synthetic fragrance or essential oil. I do not believe in "overloading" on anything.
Beeswax, in my opinion, does hold true to being the purest, and least wax to cause irritation. Pure soy wax can be a good alternative too, but it's better if it's not soy that was treated with pesticides. Paraffin gets a bad "rap" but really it depends on the type. Highly refined paraffin isn't necessarily bad as long as it's burned in an area with plenty of ventilation, along with not having many other chemicals mixed within it. Unscented, highly refined, with not a bunch of additives is the best way to go, in my opinion, and with my experience when it comes to paraffin wax.
I may have some for sale. Again, not all commercial soaps are irritating; Many companies are becoming aware of the chemicals that can be irritating. I may use a commercial "soap" for doing a design, or possible mini "soaps on the go" for travel, camping, etc.
